a. Instructed to direct to IAF of ILS06/24 (TARA/ZULU) after arriving at the last waypoint of the RNP STAR.
b. Given radar vectors to final for ILS from any part of the STAR. - Aircrafts wishing to perform VOR13 should use STARs directing to MIA VOR. If the aircraft is coming from the north, it can be directed to Initial Fix of VOR13 TIAGO.
